The tear trough is the hollow that can form between the lower lid and the cheek. When it deepens it casts a shadow, which is why people often say they look tired even when they are not. Carefully placed filler softens that hollow and lifts the shadow.

This is one of the most delicate areas of the face and it does not suit everyone. Suitability depends on your skin, the amount of hollowing and whether puffiness or pigmentation is the real cause, all of which we assess honestly at consultation.
